Ertu búin að kanna þinn rétt?

Meðal aðgerða stjórnvalda vegna Covid-19 er styrkur sem hægt er að sækja um til sveitarfélaga vegna íþrótta- og tómstundastarfs barna. Styrkurinn er veittur vegna barna sem eru fædd á árunum 2005–2014 og búa á heimilum þar sem heildartekjur framfærenda, einstaklings, hjóna eða sambúðarfólks, voru að meðaltali lægri en 740.000 kr. á mánuði á tímabilinu mars–júlí 2020.

Styrkurinn er 45.000 kr. fyrir hvert barn.

Áður en þú sækir um styrkinn hjá þínu sveitarfélagi þarf að kanna hvort heimilið falli undir ofangreint tekjuviðmið. Það gerir þú með því að skrá þig inn hér á Ísland.is með rafrænum skilríkjum. Athugið að sé um hjón/sambúðarfólk að ræða þurfa báðir aðilar að samþykkja að upplýsingar um tekjur séu sóttar til skattayfirvalda (RSK) svo hægt sé að staðfesta hvort heimilið falli undir tekjuviðmiðið eða ekki.

Ef þú færð svar um að þú eigir rétt á að sækja um styrk færð þú nánari upplýsingar um næstu skref. Ef þú færð svar um að þú eigir ekki rétt á styrk færð þú upplýsingar um hvert þú getur leitað ef þú ert með athugasemdir við niðurstöðuna eða fyrirspurnir.

Svona er sótt um styrk

Hægt er að sækja um styrk fyrir börn sem fædd eru á árunum 2005-2014 og búa á heimili þar sem heildartekjur heimilisins voru að meðaltali lægri en 740.000 kr. á mánuði á tímabilinu mars – júlí 2020.

Styrkurinn er 45.000 kr. á hvert barn og um 13.000 börn eiga rétt á styrknum. Sveitarfélögin annast afgreiðslu styrkumsókna eftir að búið er að kanna rétt til styrksins inni á Ísland.is

Hægt er að sækja um styrk til og með 1. mars 2021.

Miðað er við að íþrótta- og tómstundaiðkunin fari fram á skólaárinu 2020–2021. Athugið að hægt er að koma með kvittanir fyrir íþrótta- og tómstundastarfi sem greitt var fyrir í upphafi skólaárs eða frá hausti 2020.  Hér eru leiðbeiningar hvernig þú getur nálgast kvittun úr skráningarkerfi Keflavíkur,

Sveitarfélög setja reglur um úthlutun styrkjanna og fyrirkomulag getur verið breytilegt á milli sveitarfélaga til dæmis varðandi:

  • Hvaða íþrótta og tómstundastarf fellur undir styrkina,
  • Hvaða gögnum beri að skila með umsókninni,
  • Afgreiðslutíma umsókna.

Fyrirspurnum um styrkina skal beina til þín sveitafélags.

Dotacja na zajęcia sportowe i rekreacyjne

W ramach działań rządu związanymi z COVID-19 można ubiegać się w gminach o dotacje sportowe i rekreacyjne dla dzieci urodzonych w latach 2005-2014, mieszkających w gospodarstwach domowych, w których średnie miesięczne dochody żywicieli, osób fizycznych, małżonków czy konkubentów były łącznie niższe niż 740 000 kr. w okresie marzec-lipiec 2020.

Dotacja wynosi 45.000 koron na każde dziecko.

Przed wystąpieniem o dotację z gminy należy sprawdzić, czy gospodarstwo domowe spełnia powyższe kryteria dochodowe. Najpier należy zalogować się za pomocą swojego elektronicznego identyfikatora – patrz tutaj z boku. Należy pamiętać, że w przypadku małżeństwa/konkubinatu obie strony muszą wyrazić zgodę na ujawnienie przez urząd podatkowy (RSK) informacji o dochodach w celu potwierdzenia spełnienia kryteriów dochodowych.

Jeśli otrzymasz odpowiedź, że możesz ubiegać się o dotację, otrzymasz szczegółowe informacje na temat dalszych kroków. Jeżeli otrzymasz odpowiedź, że nie kwalifikujesz się do otrzymania dotacji, zostaniesz poinformowany dokąd należy się udać jeśli posiadasz pytania lub zastrzeżenia dotyczące uzyskanej odpowiedzi.

  • Wnioski o dotacje przyjmowane są do 1 marca 2021 roku włącznie.
  • Zakładane jest, że zajęcia sportowo-rekreacyjne będą odbywały się w roku szkolnym 2020-2021 Przydzielenie dotacji ustalane jest przez gminy. Ustalenia dotyczące dotacji mogą różnić się w poszczególnych gminach i różnice te mogą dotyczyć, np.:
  • rodzaju zajęć sportowych i rekreacyjnych objętych dotacją
  • dodatkowych dokumentów które należy złożyć wraz z wnioskiem o dotację
  • czasu rozpatrywania wniosków.

Wszelkie zapytania dotyczące dotacji należy kierować do swojej gminy.

Przetwarzanie danych osobowych

W celu ustalenia, czy spełniasz kryterium dochodowe i czy przysługują Tobie dotacje, przetwarzane są następujące dane osobowe: nazwiska i numery identyfikacyjne członków gospodarstwa domowego, miejsce zamieszkania, numer rodziny oraz informacje o dochodach członków gospodarstwa domowego w okresie marzec-lipiec 2020 r. Po otrzymaniu podpisanego elektronicznie upoważnienia do zbierania informacji o dochodach, organy podatkowe udostępnią te informacje ísland.is. Twoja gmina również będzie miała dostęp do powyższych informacji poprzez stronę Ísland.is.

Za przetwarzanie oraz przechowywanie danych osobowych w związku z ubieganiem się o dotacje sportowe i rekreacyjne odpowiada Ísland.is. Za przetwarzanie danych osobowych związanych z działaniem Ísland.is odpowiada Ministerstwo Finansów i Gospodarki, Lindargata 7, 101 Reykjavík.

The Icelandic government's measures in response to the Covid-19 pandemic include support for children's recreational activities. This support is granted to the families of children born 2005-2014, living in homes where the average income of supporters, individuals, married or in registered partnership, was lower than 740.000 ISK per month between March and July 2020.  

The support is 45.000 ISK for each child.
This measure will be implemented by local authorities and families will apply to them for increased support, but before an application is submitted applicants need to check if they're eligible by logging in here with their electronic certificates.  Here you can check if you are eligible.
 
Please note that in the case of married couples or in registered partnership, both partners must approve that information about their income can be fetched from Iceland Revenue and Customs to verify their eligibility.
 

If you get a reply confirming your right to apply for support you will get further information about your next steps. If you're not eligible you will get information about where you can send your enquires regarding the measure.

  • Applications can be submitted until March 1, 2021.

  • The support is granted for recreational activities in the school year of 2020-2021. Note that receipts from the beginning of this school year, fall of 2020, are also applicable.

The local authorities set their own rules regarding allocation of the support. These rules might differ between municipalities, e.g. regarding:
 
  • which recreational activities are supported.

  • which documents need to be submitted.

  • how and if the support can be distributed over time.

As the measure will be implemented by local authorities, any questions you might have will be answered by them.To evaluate if you're eligible for this support we use the following personal data: names and ID numbers of family members, domicile, family number, and information about the family's income from March to July 2020. When Iceland Revenue and Customs have received your electronically signed permission to send data about your income, it is sent to Ísland.is. The local authorities also have access to the information on Ísland.is Ísland.is is responsible for processing and storing personal data in connection to your application for support. The Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, Lindargata 7, 101 Reykjavik, is responsible for the processing of personal data in the operation of Ísland.is.
